Dean, BBA
Job Description
The Dean of the BBA Program is critical to the growth and success of the Program, and the School, as a whole. He reports to the President.
Strategic role:
- Leader of the BBA Program across Singapore, Dubai and Sydney, ably supported by an Assistant Dean
- An active member of the senior management
- An important member of the Academic board
- Strategizing and contributing to S P Jain’s teaching philosophy, making changes to the curriculum, meeting with industry demands
Students – professors:
- Encouraging the professors to adopt new “engaging pedagogies”
- Interacting with students formally and informally, and enhancing their experiences
- Teaching courses at the undergraduate and post-graduate level
- Teaching at Executive Education
Brand Building:
- Engage in marketing the program
- Conducting courses for school principals
- Forging alliances and exchange partnerships with top B-schools from around the world
