The Nanyang MBA Olympics, hosted by Nanyang Business School is a volunteer interscholastic one-day sporting event that gathers the top MBA schools of Singapore (Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), INSEAD, Singapore Management University (SMU), ESSEC, S P Jain School of Global Management) in a friendly sports competition on 5^th February, 2017.

On the 19^th of January, the S P Jain Jags had a much awaited industrial visit to the Mirzam Chocolate Factory at Al Serkal Avenue, Dubai. Mirzam is a very new brand of luxury chocolates and the only ‘bean to bar’ chocolate manufacturer in UAE. Named after one of the brightest stars in the night sky, ‘Mirzam’ caters to a very specific niche market with their completely natural and preservative-free products.

On 19th January 2017, 25 students of SP Jain’s undergraduate batch visited the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees’ Dubai Main Office in the MENA region. UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, is a global organisation dedicated to saving lives, protecting rights, and building a better future for refugees, forcibly displaced communities, and stateless people.

The MGLuxM Conversation Series has been off to a great start. After their initiation into the series with a conversation on the Luxury Cars, the second event was held on 16th December, 2016, where the students gained deep insights into the changing Jewellery Industry.
