How strong is the Economy in 2017 - Ryan Felsman discusses

On 21st November 2017, SP Jain’s Sydney Campus invited Ryan Felsman (Senior Economist at CommSec) to deliver a guest lecture to our students describing the state of the Australian economy in 2017.

In his current role, Ryan Felsman is responsible for the analysis of economic trends and developments in the Australian and global economy, as well as the likely impact on equity markets. He writes regular commentaries and presents to clients and customers across the Commonwealth Bank Group.

In his lecture, Ryan spoke about some pressing issues like Australian unemployment rates, impact of Trump's policies on the global economy, and low inflation rates, among others. His talk revolved around foreseeable economic trends and how they can impact the country.
