After completing their five-day orientation, students were taken on a city tour as part of a group learning experience, exploring Singapore’s rich culture, history, and geography. Their journey began at Marina Barrage, an architectural and engineering marvel that displays Singapore’s innovative approach to sustainability and water conservation. From there, they explored Kampong Glam, a historic district rich in Malay heritage, where the grand Sultan Mosque stands as a symbol of Singapore’s multicultural roots.
The experience continued at the Ramadan Bazaar, a marketplace filled with vibrant stalls offering traditional delicacies, crafts, and festive energy. Their journey ended in Chinatown, where they walked through bright, bustling streets filled with historic temples and old-style shophouses, offering a glimpse into Singapore’s Chinese heritage.
