Chairman
Emeritus Professor Alan Lindsay AM was Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Academic and Planning) at Monash University from 1997-2006. He now provides consulting services to universities and private higher education institutions on institutional strategy, governance and management. He has been involved extensively in higher education quality audit and accreditation processes for government agencies in Australia and overseas. He has served on two university governing councils, the Board of Open Universities Australia and several university companies. He has chaired the board of two independent higher education institutions.
Chair
Dr. John Loxton served as Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) at Macquarie University from 1996-2006 and at the University of Western Sydney from 2007-2008, with responsibilities for the strategic development of academic activities in teaching and learning, quality assurance in teaching and learning, internationalisation and partnerships. He is a Director and Chair of the Academic Board at King’s Own Institute and the International College of Management, Sydney, and the Chair of the Board of Directors and Academic Board at SP Jain School of Global Management.
Since 2017, he has been the Convenor of the Chairs of Academic Boards Forum, an organisation which represents the independent higher education sector with a focus on academic governance. He has prepared and presented reports on benchmarking, performance indicators and retention and conducted external reviews of governance for several independent higher education providers. He holds a PhD in mathematics from the University of Cambridge and has been the Editor of the Bulletin of the Australian Mathematical Society since 2014.
Director – Finance
Mrs. Bapsy (Bharati) Jain is the Director – Finance at SP Jain School of Global Management. She is skilled in Business Planning, Strategy, Market Research, Management and Marketing. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. In the past, she has worked for Pricewater House in New York, USA and Ernst & Young in London, UK. She has audit and tax experience for a wide range of clients (both UK and USA) including banking (merchant and commercial), manufacturing, service and property industries, with supervisory responsibilities for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Interim Chair
Mr. John Cameron was the Chief Operating Officer at the Australian Catholic University (ACU) and was responsible for the coordination of strategy and service delivery across a range of specialist administrative functions, covering Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal Services, Planning, Properties and Secretariat. He was also the Secretary to the University Senate and the Company Secretary for ACU. He is a Master of Commerce (Honours) from the University of New South Wales.

Dr. Jill White’s illustrious career has seen her at the forefront of major change in nursing education, health policy and regulation, with her work having had a significant impact at state, national and international levels. In 2011, she was awarded Member of the Order of Australia Medal (AM) for her services to nursing and midwifery. She is currently a board member of the Global Nursing Now Campaign to raise the global profile of nursing and an Independent Healthcare Consultant. She is a Master of Health Policy from the University of Sydney and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Adelaide.

Dr. Ramzi Fayed is the Executive Dean - Australian Graduate School of Leadership, Director - Doctor of Business Leadership Program at Torrens University Australia, CEO - IMIA Centre for Strategic Business Studies and Chairman - International Marketing Institute of Australia. He has served as a CEO within the UK motor industry and on the boards of several international and local corporations as a board member and chairman in salaried and honorary appointments. Dr. Fayed has held academic leadership roles within several universities. He has led over 90 significant projects undertaken in collaboration with government departments, professional associations and multinational corporations. He has been a keynote speaker at over 100 national and international conferences, has a list of publications to his credit and has designed and facilitated leadership development programs in collaboration with government departments, business schools and professional institutes in Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, UK, USA, Singapore, Thailand and Switzerland.

Mr. Ashwin Sinha is a senior leader in digital, analytics and data management with global experience across Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Utilities Wealth Management and Insurance. He has over 15 years of experience in delivering more than 30 data analytics engagements with clients in Australia, UK, North America and India. Mr. Sinha is Head of Data at KPMG Australia and advises a number of ASX50 organisations on digital strategy, data and analytics strategy and implementation. He has an Executive MBA from INSEAD which has sharpened his business management skills and refined his leadership capability.

Mr. James FitzSimons was a partner of Clayton Utz (CU) for 22 years before deciding to move into the business world. Whilst at CU he served on the Council of the Tokyo based Inter-Pacific Bar Association, the premier organisation for commercial lawyers in APAC, and was President of the IPBA in 2006-07. He continues to practise law at international firm Bird & Bird, and he is consistently rated as one of Australia’s leading lawyers in his field of IT/IP law (He has a second degree in computer science and worked as a programmer/analyst in Canada before embarking on his legal career). One of his business interests is a company which is active in the placement of international students around the world which gives him a broad-ranging understanding of international education.

Dr. Sally Stafford has extensive experience in the governance and strategic management of higher education institutions. She held a senior management position at Monash University as Director of University Academic Projects and Services, with responsibilities including the academic policy framework, committee structures and operations, and transnational quality assurance. She has had considerable experience with university governance bodies and has served as a non-executive director of three private higher education colleges.
As a consultant, she has had wide-ranging experience in advising universities and private higher education institutions on governance, institutional strategy, and management; accreditation; and quality assurance and improvement systems. She has specialist knowledge of senior management in transnational, multi-campus contexts. She has experience of institutional reviews in Australia and overseas and has undertaken external governance reviews of independent higher education institutions.

Mr. Anoop George is a visionary leader with a passion for building technology businesses that positively impact people's lives. As the Founder and CEO of Skwill, a neuroscience-based individual and team performance coaching SaaS company, he is helping leaders build powerful teams. He is recognised for his expertise in business applications of AI, ML, Large Language Models, and Data.
He has held various senior management roles across consulting, sales management, and technology in the US and Asia Pacific regions. Notably, he served as the Head of Mindtree's Asia Pacific business, spearheading its growth to nearly $100M.
Mr. George actively contributes to the industry and academic communities. He serves as an Industry Board Member for SP Jain School of Global Management, where he provides valuable insights and advice to develop a curriculum relevant to evolving markets. He also serves on the boards of several leading startups in Australia and India, offering guidance to accelerate sales and drive business outcomes.

Ms Dhun is a Partner at Grant Thornton Australia and leads the Financial Services & Payments Advisory practice advising clients from major corporates, retailers, banks and government services, as well as Indian businesses through the Australia-India Business Council. She has over 25 years experience in senior executive roles at the Commonwealth Bank where she led the Consumer Banking Products team and at Woolworths Ltd, where she was Group Head of Financial Services responsible for the establishment of its financial services, payments, loyalty program and data insights businesses. She has been on publicly listed and not-for-profit boards for over 15 years as non-executive director and chaired Audit & Risk and Remuneration & Nominations committees.
Ms Dhun is a founder Board member of Eftpos Australia, founder committee member of Australia's leading fintech hub Stone & Chalk, member of the Reserve Bank of Australia's inaugural Payments Council and advise to various regulators in Australia, NZ, USA, UK and the EU in relation to Payments Regulations. She actively mentors fintechs/insurtechs and has been a keen proponent of women in leadership and diversity initiatives throughout her work career. She is a member of the Institute of Company Directors, an MBA (Strategy & Finance), alumnus of Harvard Business School's executive leadership masterclass program, and an affiliate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ANZ).

Professor More’s academic career spans the key roles of Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Macquarie and Canberra universities; Director of the Macquarie University Graduate School of Management (MGSM), Chair of Academic Senate at Macquarie University; Foundation Executive Dean of the Faculty of Business at the Australian Catholic University (ACU); and Dean of the Faculty of Business at the Australian Institute of Management (AIM). She was appointed to the TEQSA Expert Database and was a member of the Federal government’s Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Review Panel.
She is a past President of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management, and the Australian Communication Association, with extensive consulting experience, especially in the public and nonprofit sectors. Professor More received the award of Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for service to education, particularly in the fields of communication, management and organisational change. Her most recent research presentations and publications have been focussed on change management and leadership in the nonprofit disability and mental health sectors. She currently serves on a number of higher education and nonprofit Boards.
