The EMBA program curriculum covers core concepts of general management, addressing business functions such as economics, accounting, innovation and strategy, and specialist courses offering in-depth coverage and insights into different industry tracks. You will build essential leadership skills such as strategic thinking, critical analysis, global intelligence, problem-solving and decision-making. Rigorous coursework and the program's practical emphasis will help you define problems, identify solutions and make an immediate impact at work.

“SP Jain's EMBA transformed my interpersonal skills. I could implement my Applied Strategic Project at work and present it at numerous business forums attended by senior-level executives. This program has enhanced my credibility, instilled unwavering confidence, and increased my net worth in my employer’s eyes. It has also opened doors to opportunities in other esteemed organisations within the energy sector.”
“I love quite a few things about the Executive MBA program, but my favourite has been the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, professors, the cohort, and diverse perspectives and experiences. The program is designed for today’s professionals’ needs, using real-world projects and case studies. It is also highly flexible - I like being able to juggle my career commitments with my academic obligations.”
“Transitioning into management, I opted for SP Jain's EMBA, drawn to its dynamic curriculum and global perspective. The immersive learning experience not only expanded my skill set but also played a crucial role in my success as Head of Procurement at Casinetto.”
SP Jain’s EMBA has top international faculty, a globally diverse and highly experienced cohort, weekend schedule, and live online classes, all of which come together to give me the perfect learning experience. Attending classes through ELO has also been an amazing experience for me. We can actively interact with our peers using features like online polling, breakout rooms, chat boxes, virtual hand raise, and live in-class interaction – it's been amazing.
Understanding the subtle nuances of business has helped me enhance my marketability as a professional. Developing soft skills has helped me not just professionally but also personally.
Here at SP Jain, we not only learn from our faculty but also our peers. My cohort is full of professionals from diverse industries like Fintech, investment banking, and real estate. We also have few entrepreneurs studying with us. When we work on group projects together, I benefit a lot from their diverse backgrounds; the discussions that follow have been a great source of learning as well.
After a few months in the program, when I started applying my newly acquired business knowledge at work, I immediately noticed a big difference. Top leadership began to notice the value I added to meetings, and around 7 months into the program, I was offered a more strategic position at a leading logistic and supply chain services company, which I like to consider as a quick return on investment.
Getting ready for the future is never easy, but it is made easier in the company of exceptional professors and brilliant peers who test your potential.
So far, the EMBA has helped me learn real-life business examples in the classes, trained my mind for critical thinking in broad business spectrums, and generated an ability to apply them at work. This experience comes with a balancing act of work and study, but is made seamless by the flexible and 100% online program in the digital era.

In India's rapidly evolving business landscape, an Executive MBA can provide the knowledge and skills needed to stay competitive and adapt to emerging trends.
However, the worth of an Executive MBA depends on individual circumstances, career goals, and the chosen institution. Factors to consider include the program's reputation, curriculum relevance, faculty expertise, and alumni network. At SP Jain, our globally recognised Executive MBA program is designed to deliver immediate value to both students and their organisations, with many participants experiencing career advancement even before completing the program.
When evaluating a part-time MBA course, consider the program's flexibility and how well it accommodates working professionals. Look for a curriculum that balances core business fundamentals with emerging trends and industry-relevant skills. The quality and experience of faculty, as well as opportunities for real-world application of concepts, are crucial factors.
Additionally, assess the program's technology platform for online or hybrid learning, ensuring it offers an engaging and interactive experience. Consider the networking opportunities, both with peers and alumni, as these connections can be valuable for career growth. Finally, look at the institution's reputation, accreditations, and the career outcomes of its graduates to gauge the potential return on your investment.
Yes. While CAT is one option, it's not the only test accepted. Candidates can also submit GMAT, GRE, GMAC Executive Assessment, or SPJAT (SP Jain Aptitude Test) scores. Please note that applicants must achieve the minimum required score on their chosen test.
