Scholarships for MGB & GMBA programs
SP Jain, in its endeavour to encourage meritorious students to excel further in their academic and career paths, is inclined (without any commitment) to offer scholarships to selective candidates joining its tri-city postgraduate programs – Master of Global Business (MGB) and Global MBA (GMBA).
There are various levels of scholarships granted based on a holistic view of the candidate’s profile.
Scholarships are offered on the tuition fee component only. In rare cases, scholarships may be offered on housing fees. Scholarships do not cover visa fees, insurance, course materials, living costs or other incidental expenses.
Scholarship decisions take place through a comprehensive, holistic review process.

1. MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS
For the Master of Global Business and Global MBA programs
MERIT SCHOLARSHIP CATEGORY A
To be eligible for scholarships in this category, students must showcase:
- High Academics in all years of education – 10th, 12th and each year of graduation
- High entrance test scores
- Graduation from a top-ranked institution
- Working in a top ranked company
- High Interview performance
- Exceptional post-graduate qualification such as Chartered Accountant or other graduate work/certificates
- Outstanding achievements in social service, sports and extracurricular activities are also considered
MERIT SCHOLARSHIP CATEGORY B
To be eligible for scholarships in this category, students must showcase:
- High aptitude test scores (minimum score range given below)
- High interview performance and any other parameters as determined at the time of admission

Students who earn scholarships must maintain a required GPA and abide by the Code of Conduct during the program. Details will be shared in the offer letter.
2. DIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS
For the Master of Global Business and Global MBA programs
Candidates from underrepresented countries or regions may qualify for special international scholarships, to provide a truly global learning experience. For such students, we consider their nationality, academic background, test scores and interview performance.
Students who earn scholarships must maintain the Code of Conduct requirements during the program. Details will be shared in the offer letter.

Scholarship Categories & Eligibility Criteria
USD 32,500 Merit Scholarship
- To be eligible for the USD 32,500 Merit Scholarship, applicants must meet at least 4 of the 6 criteria.
- To retain the scholarship, students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.5.
USD 16,000 Merit Scholarship
- To be eligible for the USD 16,000 Merit Scholarship, applicants must meet at least 3 of the 6 criteria.
- To retain the scholarship, students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.3.

More than 700 in GMAT
More than 90 percentile in CAT
More than 90% in the SP Jain Aptitude Test (SPJAT)

You hold a professional qualification such as CA, CFA, Lawyer, Doctor or Defense Personnel.

You have excellent academic records
You have obtained more than 85% in 10th/12th and more than 75% in your undergraduate degree.

You have a high interview score
You must secure a minimum score of 40/50 in your admission interview at SP Jain.
We encourage students who fulfil the scholarship criteria to apply for the SP Jain President's Scholarship Award. This scholarship not only provides financial assistance but also recognises your achievements and leadership potential.
LEADERSHIP
SCHOLARSHIPS
We believe in identifying and fostering the next generation of leaders. In line with this philosophy, SP Jain offers Leadership Scholarships based on the assessment of prospective students during the evaluation process. This gives an opportunity to those candidates who may not have the best academic scores but are worthy of a scholarship.
Leadership Scholarships are awarded based on the following criteria:
- Academic achievements
- Aptitude test score
- Interview performance
- Relevant experience or Domain expertise
Eligible students are recommended by the Interview Panel during the evaluation process. Recommended students will be asked to attend an evaluation interview with another Interview Panel. The decision to award a Leadership Scholarship and the amount will then be decided by the Scholarship Committee and advised to the student.

4. THE SP JAIN GLOBAL DIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship is open to Australian, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, Singaporean and Latin American citizens applying to the 2024 intake of the Global MBA program.
The scholarship covers USD 37,500 of SP Jain’s 1 ‐ year Global MBA Course. Singaporeans are given an additional bursary of SGD 5,000.
Note: Course materials, global activity, visa, insurance and accommodation costs must be borne by the student.
Candidates must demonstrate an all‐round excellence in their application and interview and meet the SP Jain Global MBA eligibility criteria as detailed in the admission process.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP
While there is no formal application for scholarships, students are expected to send in a request to apply for a scholarship. The sooner the application is made, the greater the chance of receiving a scholarship.
To apply for a scholarship, tick the scholarship box on the online application. Also, comment in your essay about why you think you warrant financial assistance.
