At SP Jain, I have found constant inspiration to work hard to achieve all my goals in life and I am going to make the most of it. I refuse to believe that a problem is too big or too small for me to care about. I might be just a college student aspiring to make a difference, but I believe that attitude, determination and resilience can go a long way in making things happen and bringing about change.
Having the advantage of experiencing different cultures and business environments, and the opportunity to work with professionals from different backgrounds, I felt confident and well equipped when joining the workforce in Australia.
During the four years I spent in Singapore, Dubai and Australia, I had great learning experiences and the opportunity to participate in many character-building and career-oriented events. It was challenging to move to a different country almost every year, but it was also rewarding. I had amazing friendships, professional relationships and, more importantly, the understanding of how business is conducted across the globe.
The program did not solely focus on academic theories. It provided a very holistic approach of how things work in the practical business world. Upon graduation, I joined Mainstream Group, one of Australia’s leading Fund Administrators as an IMA Investment Analyst. A year later, I moved to Brookfield Financial as an Investment Banking Analyst. I truly believe what I learned from SP Jain played a great part in my career path.
SP Jain has given me a wealth of experience that is more than the four corners of the classroom. At a young age, I was able to meet and interact with CEOs of top companies and startups. They have inspired me to become a global leader. I am also friends with people from more than 20 different nationalities. Potential business partners in the future, and a truly global network – this is indeed a unique study experience.
I spent 2 years in Singapore and 2 years in Sydney* and completed my BBA with SP Jain. I had many great experiences during this time which helped me become a global citizen, always ready to be a part of any work environment.
I was the President of the Language Club, organised charity events, built houses in Cambodia (it’s true!), joined the AIESEC Singapore, interned in China, and built lifelong friendships with my uni-mates from 16 countries. In between, I also had the opportunity to work in 2 cities – Singapore (AVIVA) and Sydney (Neo@Ogilvy), and explored the uniqueness of both Eastern and Western work cultures.
On graduating, I joined Ogilvy – one of the world’s biggest media agencies – as a Performance Executive in Sydney. Two years later, I started No Brand Semarang with my husband in our home country, Indonesia. I am grateful and feel privileged to have spent 4 years of my life at SP Jain.
*The program has since been updated to a tri-city model, split between our campuses in Singapore/Mumbai, Dubai and Sydney
I'm able to promote the Foundation and implement simple marketing and sales strategies to attract corporate sponsorships and large donations. Everything I learnt, each subject I had, the influences and the lessons from many professors and friends along the way, helped me do what I do now in the most effective way possible.
SP Jain inspired me in many ways to go beyond. I was successfully able to complete six internships with some of the world’s biggest brands, participate in a business reality TV show as one of the top 16 students in the UAE, win a gold at the Dubai Lynx Festival, and bag a ‘Top Marketer’ award by Google alongside my degree.
I gained some incredible industry experience in this journey. During my first year at SP Jain in Singapore, I interned as a Customer Success Intern at a fintech, Flywire. In my second year, I studied in Dubai and interned at TESO, a digital solutions start-up. In my third year, I interned at Publicis Vietnam, a global advertising agency, and learned about the holistic working environment in a Big 4 company.
These four years have been a massive learning experience in terms of business agility and cultural sensitivity. All the three locations – Singapore, Dubai and Sydney – are so different in the kind of marketing and business practices they adopt. There is so much to learn from living and working in these three dynamic business environments about how different segments of customers perceive different business and marketing efforts.
The inaugural Global Learning Activity encouraged students to connect, learn, and enjoy the diverse culture of Singapore through teamwork and exploration.
The inaugural BBA sporting event brought students together for a day of competition, connection, and celebration of health and fitness.
Students explored Singapore’s largest outdoor art gallery where captivating sculptures and stories bring Asian culture to life.
SP Jain’s undergrads participated in a Golfing activity in Singapore, aimed at teaching students to use golf as a powerful networking tool in their future business careers.

SP Jain’s BBA degree is offered in a unique tri-city format that allows students to study in up to three different countries during their four-year program, typically including Singapore, Dubai, Sydney and London. This innovative approach exposes students to diverse business environments, cultures, and international perspectives, preparing them for the global nature of modern business.
The program structure is designed to provide a comprehensive grounding in business fundamentals, covering areas such as management, economics, accounting, and business communication. As they progress, they can choose to major in marketing, finance, or entrepreneurship.
Throughout the program, students engage in various projects that bridge theory and practice. These projects often involve real-world business challenges, giving students hands-on experience in applying their knowledge to practical situations. The program also incorporates internships, allowing students to gain valuable work experience and build professional networks across different global markets.
SP Jain’s BBA is ideal for students who are ambitious, globally minded, and eager to gain an international perspective on business. It's particularly well-suited for those who thrive in diverse environments and are looking to develop a competitive edge in the global job market.
A BBA program, like SP Jain's program, equips students with essential skills for entrepreneurship by providing a comprehensive foundation in business fundamentals. It also includes a specialisation in entrepreneurship that give students a deeper understanding of venture creation and management.
Throughout the program, students develop crucial skills such as problem-solving, creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership. The curriculum fosters innovation while offering valuable networking opportunities with industry professionals and peers.
Students gain practical experience through internships and real-world projects, preparing them to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and successfully launch and manage their own ventures.
