Rashvi Tulsyan was born and raised in the city of Ahmedabad in India, a place well known for its diverse culture. A Chartered Accountant, Rashvi graduated SP Jain’s Master of Global Business in early 2019 with a specialisation in Global Finance and got placed as a Deputy Manager at Adani Group. She shares her experience –

“I’m so thrilled that in my very first job, I got an opportunity to work with Adani Group, an MNC with a global footprint. I work at a group level in strategic decision making and deal with mergers, acquisitions and credit facilities. I regularly work on highly delicate projects with a team of experienced professionals. It is surreal to get into such a reputed organisation and get the kind of exposure that most people could only dream of.

My advice to the students who are currently going through the placement cycle is to practice as much as possible. Yes, the school will arrange multiple mock interviews and ‘Passport to Excellence’ sessions to help us polish our etiquette, communication and interview skills. But what matters the most is how much effort you are ready to put in. Practice with your friends, update your resume, read up on the company, and research about the role you are interviewing for – it’ll all play a big role in helping you land the job of your dreams.”
